Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ¼ö¼ú½Ç °£È£»çµéÀÇ Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈû, Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ, Çູ°¨ Á¤µµ¸¦ Á¶»çÇϱâ À§ÇÑ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸ ´ë»óÀÚ´Â G ±¤¿ª½Ã¿Í J µµ¿¡ À§Ä¡ÇÏ°í 100°³ ÀÌ»óÀÇ º´»óÀ» °®Ãá º´¿ø¿¡ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â ¼ö¼ú½Ç °£È£»ç 194¸íÀÌ´Ù. ÀÚ·á¼öÁý ±â°£Àº 2020³â 5¿ù 4ÀϺÎÅÍ 6¿ù 4ÀϱîÁö¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á ºÐ¼®À» À§ÇØ IBM SPSS Statistics 26 ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿©, ±â¼úÅë°è, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson¡¯s correlation coefficients¿Í stepwise multiple regressionÀ¸·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ¿¬±¸°á°ú, Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈûÀº Æò±ÕÆòÁ¡ 1.87Á¡, Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ´Â Æò±ÕÆòÁ¡ 3.50Á¡, Çູ°¨Àº 3.87Á¡À̾ú´Ù. Çູ°¨¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎ Áß¿¡¼­ °¡Àå Å« ¿µÇâÀ» °¡Áø ¿äÀÎÀ¸·Î Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ(¥â=.52, p<.001)À̾ú°í, ±× ´ÙÀ½À¸·Î´Â ÁÖ´ç ¿©°¡½Ã°£(¥â=.16, p=.008), °áÈ¥ »óÅÂ(¥â=.13, p=.026)¼øÀ̾ú´Ù. ¿¬±¸°á°ú´Â ¼ö¼ú½Ç °£È£»çÀÇ ÇູÀ» À§Çؼ­´Â Á÷¹«¸¸Á·ÀÌ Áß¿äÇÏ´Ù´Â °ÍÀ» º¸¿©ÁØ´Ù.

°á·Ð: ¼ö¼ú½Ç °£È£»çÀÇ Çູ°¨À» Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°±â À§ÇØ Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ¸¦ Áõ°¡½Ãų ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ßÇÒ ÇÊ¿ä°¡ ÀÖ´Ù.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate workplace bullying, job satisfaction, and happiness among perioperative nurses.

Methods : Participants were 194 nurses who worked in hospitals with over 100 beds and located in G city and J Province. Data collection was conducted from May 4 to June 4, 2020. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression were used with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program for data analysis.

Results : The mean score were, for workplace bullying, 1.87, for job satisfaction, 3.50, and for happiness, 3.87. Happiness of perioperative nurses was significantly influenced by job satisfaction (¥â=.52, p<.001), leisure time (¥â=.16, p=.008), and marital status (¥â=.13, p=.026).

Conclusion : The results show that job satisfaction of perioperative nurses is important for happiness. Therefore, there is a need to develop programs to increase job satisfaction to improve happiness in perioperative nurses.
